CudaTel was able to provide the service and function that no one else could for us and was totally on TOP of their game. You guys know your product, what it will do and are totally willing and able to think outside the box to make something happen.
I'm excited about getting the Cudatel back in it's NEW home ASAP and being able to actually get the programming finished and see the finished product at work. I see many more opportunities in the works for this product. I have been very reluctant to even touch the waters of IP telephony as I've worked with so many products, Cisco, Avaya, Nortel that you still have to be able to "find" a decent vendor to work on. With CudaTel I always have you in my back pocket and able to help me out and explain what you are doing to the system if I need it. WAY TO GO!

James Owner - NetX LLCCudaTel came up with a solution and now Natural Resources International really is impressed with their CudaTel 270.I think the first layer of icing on the cake is the ability to use Acrobits on their iPhones — which is going to be very useful because they travel to places like Mozambique, Columbia and Australia buying and selling coal mines. The ability to tie into their phone system with only an Internet connection is going to work well. The second layer of icing is [SIP trunking]. Only paying for what you use is awesome. Setup was easy. Sending caller ID info no problem. International rate are incredible. They just called me and now they want to switch inbound to [SIP trunking] as well. I think this is a really nice setup going forward.SIP trunking is not that scary now.

My ..rep called the other day to check up on how things were coming, eventually had to tell me to shut because I would not stop raving about how impressed I was with this system and even more the support so far. Actually he talked with me about getting together a little email or testimonial about our experiences with the whole process ( pre-sales, sales process, implementation, support ). I will try keep you in the loop on it when we are finished with this rollout but trust me I can lay it on with the best of them and I got all kinds of material already!
